If you really want to maximise your potential as a competitive swimmer and reach the goals you’ve set for yourself, then you have to start today to train yourself mentally as well as physically.  Without the right head set and mental strategies you’ll always swim slower than your capabilities.  In order to gain the Competitive Advantage and swim like a winner, you’ve got to first think like one.  Understand and practice the following ideas and steps and they’ll help you on your way to becoming a champion!  Remember you can’t go fast without using your head, and you can’t develop mental toughness without consistent practice.
